## The Planner

The **Planner** tab shows your day as a timeline.

- Pick a day in the week strip.
- Tap a habit to give it a time, or press and hold to drag it onto the timeline.
- The time belongs to the habit, so it applies on every day the habit is scheduled. **Remove from plan** clears it.
- You can tick habits off right on the timeline.

If you connect a calendar, your events for that day appear on the timeline, with the free gaps between them.

## Calendar sync

Go to **Settings › Calendar sync** (or **Sync calendar** in the Planner).

1. Allow BeHabit to use your calendar.
2. **Pick a calendar** you own, so events can be updated later. Calendars from Google, iCloud or others appear if they’re on your phone.
3. Tap **Sync now**.

Syncing writes your planned habits as events named “BeHabit · [habit]”. They last as long as the habit’s duration, or 15 minutes. After the first sync, **the next 7 days stay in sync on their own**; **Sync now** refreshes them straight away.

**Block the time** (on by default) marks habit events as busy, so meetings avoid them.

**Disconnect** stops syncing and removes upcoming habit blocks from your calendar. Past ones stay.
