Consistency, comebacks and best week, explained

How Insights works out your 30-day consistency, what counts as a comeback, and where the patterns come from.

Updated

The Insights tab sums up how your habits are going.

Overall consistency

“Share of scheduled habits you completed in the last 30 days.” It adds up every day each habit was due and how many of those you did. Today only counts once it’s done, so an unfinished morning doesn’t pull it down.

For weekly habits, each week counts as how much of the target you hit.

Next to it, you’ll see the change against the 30 days before.

Comebacks

“Missed a day, then came back.” The number of times in the last 30 days that a missed scheduled day was followed by a completion on the next scheduled day. It’s the number that shows you don’t give up.

Best week

“Your strongest 7 days.” The best 7-day stretch of consistency in the last 90 days.
